Label Remover

A shining example of German engineering

Our high-performance label remover is designed to efficiently process plastic bottles with labels, ensuring accurate material detection in downstream sorting processes. Capable of processing up to eight tones of bottles per hour, it achieves up to 90% label detachment, significantly improving sorting efficiency. The resulting mix of bottles and loose labels can then be seamlessly separated using advanced technologies like STADLER’s ballistic separator or a label separator. Built for durability, our label remover features robust construction, offering exceptional resistance to impurities and ensuring reliable performance in continuous, high-demand operations.

 STADLER delabeler blades

Equipped with blades made from high-tensile steel that are attached to the rotor at one end so they can oscillate freely, and to the housing’s inner wall at the other, the label remover processes a mass flow of up to nine tons per hour – depending on the particle size and material composition.
